Customer service responded to email in a timely manner. Delay was due to covid, but worth the price.
I am very disappointed to say that this is not a true graphite color. It's not a graphite that I've ever came across, it's more reddish brown. Very disappointing cause I love the true black and the midnight blue tint. But this graphite I feel is either mislabeled or someone's definition is totally off. I like the other colors, the product does good coverage. I will not buy this companies Graphite color again.
It does what it promises and it stays on for a month.
It’s also not itchy when applied.
