This hydrogen peroxide-based, non-drip formula is designed to be used with the Intensive tint to deposit color onto the eyebrows.

Use:

Shake the developer well before use. Mix ¾ inch (2 cm) of tint with 2-4 drops of the developer until the consistency becomes a creamy paste - ensure that consistency is not runny or drippy. Let the mix develop for 3 minutes.
