Description
Butyrate supports the gut barrier, which keeps bacteria and other microbes from entering your blood. A sodium butyrate supplement may help with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS and SIBO), diverticulitis and Crohn's disease.
Sodium butyrate (butyric acid) is the basic energetic material for the gastrointestinal epithelium. The use of microcapsule technology, unlike standard forms of butyric acid, protects against the complete release of butyric acid in the upper gastrointestinal tract and allows it to be delivered to the small and large intestine. The microcapsule passes through the digestive tract to the small intestine and further into the small intestine, where further amounts of sodium butyrate are released. The composition of the microcapsule is selected so that the release of sodium butyrate takes place over the entire length of the small and large intestine.
Sodium butyrate from Aliness is the only product on the the brand for the active ingredient coating process that uses stearic acid, not hardened palm oil. Stearic acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid which due to its specificity can no longer be hydrogenated / cured as it is a saturated acid.
The stearic acid of the capsule is of a plant origin and is completely natural.
Dosage
Take 1 capsule twice a day (morning and evening). It is recommended to use this supplement for a period of at least 3 months. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
