For starting the day in a healthy, and easy way, we've picked an avocado and banana smoothie! This creamy, delicious and healthy meal will keep you fresh and fed throughout the whole morning.


½ cup frozen pineapple

2 cups fresh spinach

1 ripe avocado

1 frozen banana

¾ cup of coconut milk

3 tsp. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. maple syrup

pinch of sea salt

6 ice cubes


Mix all of the mentioned ingredients together and blend them. When it’s over and creamy, taste it and add sweetener or any ingredient as you prefer it to taste. You can add more coconut milk if the smoothie ends up being too thick. This super tasty breakfast takes about 5 minutes to be ready!

255 grams of uncooked pasta

1 garlic clove

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

1 to 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp. water

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt


While the pasta is being cooked, mix the garlic with the basil, avocado, lemon juice, oil, and water and blend it all together. If needed, add more oil. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. When the pasta is finished, stir it all together until it perfectly combines.


A light dinner which is especially great for hot summer days is a simple avocado and tomato salad. This simple meal can be made adding any ingredient you prefer. Here's what we've picked out.

Avocado and tomato salad


1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1/4 tsp. cumin

3 avocados, cubed

1 pt. cherry tomatoes

1 cucumber

1/3 c. corn

2 tbsp. chopped cilantro


Mix together cumin, olive oil, and lemon juice and add some salt and pepper at your own choice. In a serving bowl mix the avocados, tomatoes, cucumber and cilantro. Put on it the dressing sauce that you've prepared and the meal is served! Total time – 10 minutes!
