They are self-adhesive - no cream is needed.  The soft, impermeable high-tech silicone is anti-slip, skin-friendly and matches any eye shape. Easy to clean and reusable up to 100 times.

Use:

Apply Refectocil Silicone Pads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eyelid and press them gently onto the skin.

Apply the Refectocil Eyelash Tint or Perm.

After the application time remove product as per instructions leaving the silicone pad in place.

Remove and clean the pads.
