RefectoCil Intense Brow(n)s Base Gel Black Brown

The Intense Brow[n]s Base Gel is the first step in the tinting system to create impactful eyebrows and expressive eyelashes. The FDA compliant products are ideally developed for eyebrows - and lash tinting. For fuller looking eyebrows and expressive eyelashes.

1. Clean the eyebrows 
2. Measure and draw a frame in the desired brow shape.
3. For brows only - optional step for more intense results:
   1. Apply the Intensifying Primer (Medium Effect) or Intensifying Primer (Strong Effect) to prepare the skin for tinting.  (Choose the primer according to skin staining type: "Medium” for a softer effect or "Strong” for an intense result.)
   2. Open Intensifying Primer, put a pea-sized amount into a cosmetic dish.
   3. Apply to brows and skin with an Application Brush.
   4. Leave on for 4 minutes.
   5. Remove the Intensifying Primer using a dry cotton swab.
   6. Let the brows dry for 4 minutes before the next step
4. Apply Color:
   1. Open the desired Refectocil Base Gel Step 1 and squeeze a pea-sized amount into a clean cosmetic dish.
   2. Use a clean brush to apply the Refectocil color to the brows & skin evenly in the direction of hair growth.
   3. Leave on for 2 minutes
   4. Remove Refectocil Color using a dry cotton swab.
   5. Important: Let the brows dry for 4 minutes before the next step.
5. Apply Activator Gel:
   1. Open the RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel and squeeze a pea-sized amount into a clean cosmetic dish
   2. Apply the Activator Gel to brows & skin using a clean brush
   3. Brush at the end of the brow and continue to the middle and front part. Work very precisely.
   4. Leave on for 1 minute
   5. Remove Activator Gel with a wet cotton pad.
   6. Remove unwanted stains or correct brow shape if needed with Intense Brow[n]s Tint Remover using a dry cotton swab. 

LASH APPLICATION
* DO NOT USE INTENSIFYING PRIMER ON LASHES *

1. Remove contact lenses
2. Clean the eyelashes before tinting 
3. Apply Under Eye Gel Pads to protect the skin against unwanted tint stains.
   
4. Base Gel: Open the Base Gel (Step1) and squeeze a pea -sized amount into a clean RefectoCil cosmetic dish. Application time: 2 minutes!
5. Remove Base Gel using a dry cotton swab. Important: For most intense and perfect results, let the lashes dry for 4 minutes before the next step.
6. Open the RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Activator Gel. Squeeze a pea -sized amount of the Activator Gel into a clean cosmetic dish and apply the Activator Gel to the lashes. Work very precisely to avoid tint stains on the skin. Application time: 1 minute!
7. Remove Activator Gel using a wet cotton pad and any unwanted stains using a dry cotton swab with the  Intense Brow[n]s Tint Remover 
8. Apply the RefectoCil Styling Gel to nourish the eyebrow hair and provide shine.

EFFECT: Accentuated lashes, the frame for the eye!
