• USE BEFORE PERMING:
  After application of conventional eye make-up removers, usually oily residues remain on the upper eyelid and the eyelashes. Therefore the upper eyelids and the eyelashes must be cleansed with RefectoCil Saline Solution. Only then optimum adhesion of the eyelash rollers can be guaranteed during the application of the Eyelash Perm.  For best possible results clean the eye area thoroughly before and after applying eyelash curl or Refectocil Tints with Refectocil saline solution. Degreases and removes residues. After application of conventional eye makeup removers. Ingredients Pour a few drops of RefectoCil Saline Solution onto a cotton wool pad and wipe softly across the eyelids, lashes, and eyebrows. Also suited to clean brushes and the mini cosmetic dish.

  • Client with eye make-up: Prepare the eyelashes to use RefectoCil Eye Make Up Remover
  • A client without eye make-up: Prepare the eyelashes to use RefectoCil Saline Solution.
