1. General Information

All the products at the store are available on stock. In very rare circumstances if an item is out of stock and the inventory has not been updated on time, we will notify you immediately after your order and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original method of payment.

2. Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses around the world. Shipping cost is covered by the buyer as per the shipping rates displayed on the cart and check-out page.

3. Courier Express Services

Depending on the country of delivery, express services are fulfilled by UPS Courier or EMS Post Office. 

4. Handling Time

We make all the effort possible to ship your order next business day. However the handling time may be up to 2 - 3 business days before your order is shipped. 

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within estimated number of business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
