This tea is a great aid to digestion, relaxation and sleep. The round teabags perform very well in keeping the tealeaves under the water. I steep them for 15 minutes to make a good strength tea. Then the tea is cooled enough that I can take the bag out and not burn my fingers. I drink two cups (one bag each) every evening. Nice flavor and no caffeine. Enjoy!

The product itself is very desirable and I have been using it for several decades. Now living in Thailand, I have to order it online. The ordering price is very reasonable. However, I have had to pay about 40% of the product price in customs and foreign transaction fees which makes it much less attractive to purchase online.
