What are you doing to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in your warehouse and with your delivery partners?

We have implemented extra measures to ensure safety at our warehouse. We are working with reduced teams in order to minimise contact where possible, we have taken special hygiene measures and we are respecting other important preventing rules. Our delivery partners and couriers companies are also closely monitoring the health and safety of their teams. Moreover in most cases customers are not expected to sign for goods at present, and our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred.

Will there be a delay in receiving my order?

We do our best to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. I promise you, everyone at our team is working hard to fulfill your needs and to adapt to the extraordinary situation caused by COVID-19.

Please be informed that our shipping companies are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on shipments on time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently. While we do not have exact information on the length of the delay at this time, we are monitoring the packages closely and I ensure you that all orders are finally delivered to our clients.
