Apply once or twice daily. If necessary, it may be used more often. Ideal for the entire body. For external use only
I have purchased a total of 3 altogether. My nails look the same but the condition of the nails seems to be improved. My nails are dry no matter what I've tried. I have 2 nails that split down to the cuticle that requires glue. The remaining nails are improved due to this product.
The package came second time, I will order more from the seller.
I have been a long time customer of ecosmetorium, there legit, products are of good quality. Delivery is so quick.
The product is very good as it should be.
However, there are two two points of concern should be addressed here:
1- is that the seller did not ship the product after I placed the order, instead the product was delayed several days unnecessarily.
2- the seller didn’t bother to write me a simple email indicating the item was shipped. This is a typical business practice if the seller wants to get good recommendation and care about the customer service.
3- the seller included an extra tracking charge which is set as a default. You have no option but to accept it.
4- thev "Route Package Protection" service is useless, I couldn't track my shipment for 24 days. I attempted to contact PayPal to file a complaint. I thought my item was ether lost or it never left Poland.
The product is good and the seller is reliable.
However, I wasn't happy with the shipping for two reasons:
1- the vendor delayed shipping the product several days for no good reason.
2- there's an extra charge for "Route Package Protection" which is set as a default. You have no choice but to pay it.
I wouldn't mind that if the service was useful, but it is not at all.
I couldn't track my package for the whole period of 24 days.
I wanted to contact PayPal to complain because I did not know if ivwould be getting what I ordered.
There was no follow up from the seller at all. It would be helpful if the seller sent me an email to let me know that the product was shipped.
For the above reasons, I would give the "Route Package Protection " failing marks and scores of ZERO.
