Following the recent announcement regarding the abolition of the De Minimis rule (Duty-free entry for shipments valued under $800 USD) by U.S. Customs, Post Office shipping services to the USA have been temporarily suspended:
- Scope: All mails and packages addressed to the United States (including U.S. territories)
- Reason: Due to operational difficulties caused by the lack of clarity surrounding the procedures that postal operators worldwide must implement
- Resumption Date: Undecided (we will inform you as soon as it is determined)
As a result, with deep regret, we must inform you that as of today, Monday, September 1, we limit accepting retail orders to the US until further notice.
All orders shipped from our store to the United States are considered international shipments (unless it is specified in the shipping method that the order is shipped from USA) and will be subject to U.S. Customs duties and handling fees upon arrival.
Please note:
• Customs fees are not included in the prices shown on our website.
• Charges are collected directly by U.S. Customs or the delivery carrier at the time of delivery.
• Recent regulatory changes have resulted in significantly higher fees for U.S. imports.
We kindly ask you to keep this in mind before placing an order, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Thank you for your understanding.
